Bayley Discusses Her Career Longevity Amidst Rising Women's Talent
In an exclusive chat with Chris Van Vliet during WrestleMania 41 week in Las Vegas, WWE superstar Bayley revealed her thoughts on her wrestling career and her contract situation.
Reflecting on her early inspirations, Bayley recalled how icons like Trish Stratus and Lita shaped her perception of women in wrestling. "When I was younger, I always thought women didn't wrestle as long as men. With Trish and Lita, they were at the top for just a few years. That influenced my thinking," she said.
Now, at 35, Bayley feels differently. "I've seen wrestlers like Nattie prove that women can thrive in the industry beyond that age. Personally, I'm proud to still be in the spotlight, doing red carpets and headlining events. It's empowering to realize that we still matter immensely to the fans," she added.

Bayley disclosed that she has a year and a half remaining on her WWE contract and is considering her future. "I’ve done a lot, but there’s still more I want to achieve. I've been with WWE for 12 years now, and I see a new wave of talented women ready to step up and take those top spots," she explained.
