Canada Pledges $10 Million to Aid Lebanon Amid Escalating Conflict

In a timely move, Canada has announced a significant contribution of $10 million in humanitarian assistance for civilians in Lebanon, as tensions escalate between Israel and Hezbollah. International Development Minister Ahmed Hussen detailed the funding during a press briefing, emphasizing that the financial support will be utilized to supply essential resources including food, clean water, and emergency healthcare services, notably sexual and reproductive healthcare.
