DHL's Major Shipment Suspension

In a shocking move, global shipping giant DHL Express has announced the suspension of all shipments exceeding $800 to American customers. This change takes effect from Monday, April 21, and includes shipments originating from Hong Kong.

Why the Change?

The abrupt decision is in response to newly implemented U.S. customs regulations that require formal entry processing for packages valued at more than $800. This rule, set forth by the Trump Administration, establishes a significant drop from the previous threshold of $2,500.
