Introducing the World of Warcraft into Baldur's Gate 3

In a captivating teaser trailer, SquallyDaBeanz revealed plans to recreate the beloved undead starting zone, Tirisfal Glades, from World of Warcraft Classic within Baldur's Gate 3. This bold venture promises to offer a distinctive solo or co-op adventure, steering clear of the traditional Dungeons & Dragons storytelling to deliver a new, immersive experience.

The initial release will feature a teaser level set in Deathknell, the undead's starting area in WoW. This engaging segment, lasting approximately 90 minutes, will introduce players to quests, unique encounters, and various locations that hint at the overall scope of the full mod.

"The encounters, quests, loot, and overall experience will be adapted to fit the mechanics of Baldur's Gate 3," explains SquallyDaBeanz. "While the map and visual elements will strive for a close recreation, I don’t intend to maintain that level of detail for the entire mod." This suggests that players can expect a fresh twist on familiar elements.

Currently, there is no confirmed release date for the full mod, but fans of both franchises can anticipate the early teaser arriving in February, stirring excitement within the gaming community.
