The restaurant in question, identified by social media users as JOEY Restaurant located on Lougheed Highway, experienced an abrupt lockdown. Diners were unexpectedly informed that they could not leave the premises due to an 'active shooter' situation. One diner recounted, 'My wife and I were having dinner and asked for our bill.
