In a shocking turn of events, a 26-year-old man from Torbay, identified as Daniel Richard, has pleaded not guilty to serious allegations involving underage girls at a local hotel.

Initially confronted with 12 charges—including multiple counts of sexual assault and sexual interference—Richard now faces even graver accusations. New charges of making, possessing, and distributing child pornography have recently been added, intensifying the case against him.
