New Bag Policy Details

While attendees are encouraged to leave bags at home, BC Place allows each ticket holder to bring one bag that conforms to specific size restrictions:

- A clutch purse or belt bag that measures no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

- A clear plastic bag no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”

- Clear bags can feature a logo but must not exceed 3.5” x 4.5” and can only be displayed on one side.

Exceptions may be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items that can’t fit into a clear bag. However, all bags will be subject to security checks before entry.

Gifts & Accessories - Important Restrictions!

For those hoping to present special gifts to Taylor Swift, unfortunately, BC Place will not accept gifts sent to the artist. Fans are also advised against decorating their clear bags with stickers or coverings, as this could lead to the bag being deemed "not clear" and result in denial of entry. Chris May, General Manager of BC Place, explicitly warned that such alterations could interfere with the bag policy.

Friendship Bracelets – Know the Rules!

Fans often trade and wear friendship bracelets at Swift's concerts, but be cautious: all bracelets must be worn or carried in compliance with the venue's bag policy. Additionally, carabiners—whether metal or plastic—are not permitted.

Bag Check Options Available

For those carrying bags that do not meet the criteria, BC Place will offer a paid bag check service across Pacific Boulevard, right outside the perimeter established for ticket holders. The service will cost $20 per item, and bags must be checked before entering the stadium area.

Rest assured, even if it rains, the roof of BC Place will be closed during the concerts. Moreover, concert-goers can carry a soft plastic bottle of water (500 mL maximum) without a cap but should be aware that glass, metal, or hard plastic bottles are not allowed inside. Selfie sticks and battery packs larger than your phone will also be turned away at the gates.
