Introducing the Climate Action Ripple Effect (CARE) Program
With the newly launched Climate Action Ripple Effect (CARE) program under School District 23, over 50 passionate students have united to create a meaningful Earth Day event.
Art Meets Activism
Local artist Margaret Kyle has collaborated with these young visionaries to design captivating art installations that will adorn the scenic walking path behind the high school. Each piece is crafted to convey powerful messages about our planet's protection.
Hands-On Environmental Stewardship
Thanks to the expertise of senior biologist Kyle Hawkes from Eco-Scape Environmental Consulting, the students participated in vital hands-on activities. They worked tirelessly to clean up the path, combat invasive species, and nurture new flowers, turning their immediate environment into a sustainable haven.
A Teacher's Pride
"I've witnessed these students' unique talents come to life as they merge their passions with this project," expressed teacher Josee Arcand. "CARE has transformed our journey into a truly rewarding experience!"
