NL Hydro CEO Promises Accountability in Quebec Megaproject Agreement

In a recent statement, the CEO of NL Hydro has affirmed that robust mechanisms will be established to ensure Quebec adheres to its commitments in the development of megaprojects under the newly proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
