Residents of Mukuku village in Makueni County expressed their disbelief as the unusual event took place, with one local, Joseph Mutua, recounting, “I was looking after my cow when I heard a loud bang. I thought it was a car accident, but upon checking, I found nothing but this strange debris.” He further remarked on the severity of the situation, saying, “If the object had fallen on a homestead, it would have been catastrophic.”
