Get ready to cheer because Apple TV+ is bringing back the much-loved series “Ted Lasso” for an eagerly anticipated Season 4!

However, fans may be in for a surprise as the show is currently on the lookout for a new young actor to portray Henry, the soccer-obsessed son of AFC Richmond’s lovable coach, Ted Lasso, played by Jason Sudeikis.

In the previous three seasons, Gus Turner took on the role of Henry, appearing primarily through heartfelt FaceTime calls with his father, who was busy coaching across the globe while Henry stayed in Kansas with his mother, Michelle (played by Andrea Anders). Despite the distance, fans enjoyed several touching moments when Henry made his way to London to visit his father — once with Michelle at his side and again on his own following his parents’ separation. Notably, he welcomed Ted back home in a memorable scene during the Season 3 finale, solidifying his emotional connection with viewers.

As of now, Jason Sudeikis is the only confirmed cast member returning for Season 4. While options for other fan favorites like Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, and Jeremy Swift have been picked up, their return has yet to be officially confirmed. With a robust team of writers and producers, including Sara Walker and Phoebe Walsh, the show is set to continue its winning streak.
