A man from Toronto is currently wanted in connection to an alleged sexual assault that took place at an Etobicoke residence, following an encounter made through an online dating app.

The incident was reported to authorities on December 14, 2023, in the vicinity of Royal York Road and Mimico Avenue. According to the police, the victim met the suspect, identified as Alistair Olumuide Salako, 41, in June 2021. They dated for several months before the victim chose to end the relationship.

However, on August 6, 2021, it is alleged that Salako unlawfully entered the victim's home and committed a sexual assault. The police have classified him as being six feet tall with a medium build, and have released his photograph in hopes that other potential victims might come forward.
