"Yesterday my dad called me 11 times in a row," Teddi recounted, revealing his insistence on ensuring she would be laid to rest in the family mausoleum in Indiana. Teddi responded with concern for her children, asking, "Where are they going to go?" Her father's plan includes a designated area for additional family members, prompting Teddi to quip, "Do I need to make this commitment right now?"

At just 43 years old, Teddi has been abrupt with the harsh reality of her health. She recently announced that her skin cancer has escalated to Stage 4, with tumors discovered on her brain and lungs that require surgical intervention.

"They found four or five more tumors in my brain, and then I have two in my lungs, one on each side. The radiation treatments are focused solely on my brain, as they do nothing for the lung tumors," she shared, expressing the turmoil of her diagnosis.

Teddi's father's frequent calls have been a mixture of concern and practical planning, coinciding with her frustrations directed at online users who trivialized her struggle, referring to her as being on a "death walk." She passionately reminded her dad, "I don't want to be a vegetable. I'm ready to fight!" to which he replied, "I'm going to be in charge of that!"

In a light-hearted moment on the podcast, she stated, "I think I agreed to be in the mausoleum," adding that she would love to have "hot girls never die" engraved on her tombstone. A touch of humor amid such serious discussions shows her resilient spirit.
