Watson tallied 31 tackles and one sack, earning impressive Pro Football Focus grades of 65.1 for overall defense and 77.4 for run defense.

Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing in at 313 pounds, Watson showcased his talent by playing every game for the Orange, starting 11 of them in 2024. Most of his contributions came from the B-gap position, where he logged 289 plays out of his total 493.
