Approximately 10,800 packages of these eggs are affected, with a 'use by' date listed as January 5, 2025. While no illnesses have been reported linked to these eggs yet, customers are urged to either discard them or return them for a full refund.

Cucumber Recall

In a separate incident, SunFed has recalled whole cucumbers distributed in over two dozen states after health officials connected them to a salmonella outbreak that has left 68 individuals ill across 19 states; 18 of those required hospitalization. Montana has been hit hardest with 16 cases reported, while Oregon and Colorado followed with seven to nine cases each. The recall affects cucumbers sold between October 12 and November 26, 2024, and consumers are advised to return these items or dispose of them immediately.
