2024 KBS Drama Awards Reschedule: Get Ready for the Pre-Recorded Ceremony!

On January 3, KBS officially announced that the pre-recorded award ceremony will now air on January 11 at 9:20 p.m. KST. This event is particularly special as viewers will get to witness the outstanding achievements of this year’s K-drama landscape.

Initially slated for a live broadcast on December 31, the ceremony was canceled following the heartbreaking Jeju Air plane crash on December 29, which cast a shadow over the festivities. Despite this setback, the awards ceremony proceeded on December 31 as planned, but it was filmed to be broadcasted later, honoring the nominees and winners with the dignity they deserve.

As the excitement builds for the January 11 broadcast, audiences can prepare by reviewing this year’s Daesang (Grand Prize) nominees. This year's competition is fierce, showcasing the incredible talent across K-drama.
