The innovative design draws inspiration from classic beach homes while infusing them with a contemporary flair, featuring a cruciform layout—effectively a cross that guides the flow of movement through various spaces.

Emphasizing the In-Between Spaces

The cross-shaped core serves multiple functions: a breezy circulation area in the summer and a cozy deck in the winter.
