This initiative shines a light on the achievements of diverse extracurricular groups, known locally as “circles,” which are gaining attention for their groundbreaking work in various fields.
The ‘Mac for Students’ campaign showcases how Apple’s technology—specifically the Mac and iPhone—empowers students to transform their bold ideas into reality. The campaign illustrates how these devices are essential tools for collaboration and creativity, helping students push the boundaries of what's possible in their respective areas of interest. From mastering engineering applications like Fusion 360 to producing stunning visuals with Adobe Creative Suite and analyzing sports data with advanced platforms like SPLYZA Teams, the campaign emphasizes the versatility of Apple's products in fostering innovation.
Directed by renowned filmmaker Koichi Tokuhira, the campaign features phenomenal stories from four exceptional university circles. Debuting on January 2 during the widely followed Hakone Ekiden marathon relay, the campaign resonates with themes of teamwork, determination, and inspiration, reflective of the very spirit of the New Year celebration in Japan. By focusing on the creative triumphs of young innovators, Apple not only celebrates their accomplishments but also reinforces its commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent.
