"Even with a higher number of condo completions in the recent months and the easing of interest rates, landlords have chosen to maintain their rent levels. This shows a confidence in the market," a Huttons expert stated.

In an intriguing development, OrangeTee has reported a significant uptick in the demand for luxury and premium condominiums, particularly in the Core Central Region (CCR).
