The mastermind behind Baia is restaurateur Beppe de Vito of the renowned IlLido Group, who has recently debuted another rooftop gem, Sospiri, in the Central Business District. De Vito has always aspired to launch a venue named Baia, and when this opportunity arose, he embraced it wholeheartedly. The construction process was daunting, but the result is nothing short of exquisite—a testament to the resilience and innovation characterizing today’s food and beverage industry.

The culinary experience at Baia centers around an array of small plates and sharing platters designed to delight the senses. Menu highlights include refreshing crudités, creamy hummus, and indulgent burrata, as well as an array of tantalizing raw seafood dishes such as Hokkaido scallops enhanced with black truffle and succulent Hyogo oysters. Guests can also savor expertly crafted charcuterie accompanied by flavorful cheeses, along with unique mini pizzas and charcoal-grilled delights like Iberico Pork Secreto complemented with figs and tiger prawns sautéed in chorizo garlic butter.
