The CDC vouchers can be redeemed at a variety of outlets, including local hawker centres, heartland merchants, and major supermarkets like FairPrice, Cold Storage, and Giant Singapore. The flexibility of using these vouchers at both large chains and smaller retailers selling essentials demonstrates the government’s commitment to supporting everyday Singaporeans.

In addition to the CDC Vouchers, the government has introduced other significant support measures, notably the Cost-of-Living Package, launched in September 2023, with a staggering value of S$1.1 billion to further assist households facing economic pressures.

To claim the vouchers, simply visit go.gov.sg/cdcv using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. A household representative can log in with their Singpass account and follow a straightforward process to redeem the vouchers. Once claimed, the digital CDC Voucher can be shared within the household, enabling everyone to benefit.

To utilize the vouchers, present the digital QR code at participating merchants. Households are encouraged to combine multiple vouchers for larger purchases, maximizing their savings. However, it’s important to remember that any unused voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash, and the vouchers are not valid for purchasing restricted items such as alcohol, petrol, or lottery tickets.
