ITPC Global has opened applications for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for its African-Led Consultative Group (ACG). ITPC, founded in 2003 by a dedicated cohort of 125 HIV activists in Cape Town, South Africa, has been at the forefront of advocating for the rights and health of individuals affected by HIV and TB. Over two decades, this organization has morphed into a powerful Global Activist Network, addressing not only health issues but also the systemic inequalities that impact community health.

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic M&E Officer who will play a pivotal role in measuring the impact of ACG activities. This full-time position, fixed for an 11-month term, involves creating comprehensive monitoring frameworks, analyzing project outcomes, and producing insightful reports that will influence strategic health initiatives.

Core Responsibilities Includes:

- Developing and refining M&E plans for ACG activities. - Compiling baseline data and presenting consolidated results. - Conducting thematic assessments to gather lessons learned. - Facilitating training sessions for staff on effective performance management and data responsibilities.

Are You the Right Fit?

Ideal candidates should possess a degree or equivalent experience in project management or M&E within the non-profit sector. Experience managing complex multi-country projects, particularly involving organizations like PEPFAR and UNAIDS, will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in English, and ideally French, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills, will set you up for success in this role.
