SINGAPORE - The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is calling on the public to share their opinions on newly proposed way-finding signs set to debut at Circle Line (CCL) stations.

This initiative aims to enhance the navigational experience for commuters, especially with the upcoming opening of three new stations – Keppel, Cantonment, and Prince Edward Road – in the first half of 2026.

Unique Service Patterns of Circle Line

As the Circle Line undergoes its sixth stage of expansion, it will feature unique service patterns that differ significantly from other MRT lines.

This change means that commuters will need to distinguish between clockwise and anti-clockwise train services. Moreover, since some stations will have platforms on different levels, the LTA emphasizes the necessity for a customized way-finding solution to facilitate smoother transitions for travelers.

Public Survey Participation

From March 14 to 17, the public can participate in a survey by scanning QR codes located in strategic areas including the entrance linking Suntec City shopping mall to Promenade station, the fare gate at Exit C, and Platform B, which services trains headed to Dhoby Ghaut and Marina Bay stations.

Visual mock-ups of the new signs will be showcased on a wall at Promenade station, giving commuters a tangible sense of what to expect.
