- **Phase One**: Covering 127 acres with an investment of Yuan 500 million, this phase establishes a 1 GWh production line.

- **Phase Two**: With a budget of Yuan 1 billion, this phase will scale production to 2 GWh.

- **Phase Three**: This phase reserves 273 acres with a massive investment of Yuan 3.5 billion, ultimately leading to the construction of a 7 GWh production line.
