Frasers Property has announced plans to redevelop the site into a dazzling mixed-use project comprising 348 upscale residential units set to go on sale.
Joint Venture with Sekisui House
In a joint venture with renowned Japanese construction firm Sekisui House, Frasers Property revealed that this ambitious redevelopment is targeted to kick off in 2025, with an anticipated completion date at the end of 2028.
Project Details
This transformation will take advantage of the prime 999-year leasehold site, offering a generous gross floor area of 30,664 sq m.
What's in store? Envisioned as a luxurious residential enclave, the project will not only provide 26,371 sq m of living space but will also include 4,293 sq m dedicated to vibrant retail and entertainment options.
This aligns seamlessly with the Singapore Government's rejuvenation efforts for the Singapore River Planning Area, including the beloved Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, and Boat Quay.
Timeline and Management
Currently, Frasers Property will continue overseeing Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk until operations conclude on May 31, 2025.
According to Mr. Takehisa Yanagi, managing officer and head of Sekisui House's international development division, this exclusive mixed-use development is poised to attract home buyers who seek the lively ambiance of the Singapore River while also desiring the peace of an eco-friendly sanctuary within the quieter Robertson Quay area.

Frasers Property Singapore's CEO, Soon Su Lin, emphasized that this initiative is part of their active asset management strategy aimed at maximizing returns from their prime location in the heart of Robertson Quay.
