Exciting news for residents!

From April 7, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will unveil its brand-new services centre, located at 2 Crawford Street in Lavender, just a stone's throw away from the existing facility.

This state-of-the-art centre will operate from Mondays to Fridays, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, streamlining the process for individuals seeking ICA assistance. However, be aware that the current building will shut its doors permanently on April 1, an announcement made by the ICA on March 17.

Urgent Needs Assistance

For anyone facing urgent needs, the ICA is here to help. Requests such as passport applications for essential travel, oath-taking for individuals turning 22 years old during the transition period, and handling of immigration passes that are expiring will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Be prepared to provide necessary supporting documents to expedite your requests.

Transition Advisory

As this transitional phase approaches, the ICA strongly advises the public to complete their transactions online before the closure. ICA's website and the MyICA mobile application will remain available for submitting applications during this time.

Transport and Parking Information

For those eager to visit the new centre starting April 7, the ICA encourages public transport usage, as parking facilities at the new centre will not be available until 2027. A drop-off point will be provided at the entrance, while alternative car parks can be found nearby on North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane, and French Road.
