A local observer, known as a Stomper, reported the sighting of a woman and a young girl gliding on an electric suitcase from Lucky Plaza to Paragon Shopping Centre on December 24. The Stomper lamented, “No rules?”—reflecting a common sentiment among Singaporeans who value strict adherence to safety regulations.
