They attempted various methods sourced from the internet, including the use of abortion pills, a hanger, and other physical forces—all of which failed. The girl ultimately gave birth six months later, in June.

Following the birth, the tragedy deepened when she kept the baby’s body for two days. In a state of panic, after her boyfriend warned her about the risks of keeping the body, she made the decision to bury it in her garden. Their relationship ended in March 2022, shortly after the shocking events unfolded.

The situation came to light when the girl's mother sensed something was wrong due to her daughter’s quiet demeanor. Upon probing further, the girl confessed to her mother, leading to the eventual investigation.

Adding another layer to this woeful narrative, in February 2024, the baby’s father was sentenced to 21 months of supervised probation for having sexual relations with a minor and for encouraging his girlfriend to bury their child.
