Prior to his tenure at Vast, Hariharan led the Consumer Tech Investment Banking practice at Rothschild & Co., where he steered public and private M&A transactions, IPOs, follow-on offerings, and capital raises for mid- to large-cap companies. His extensive experience also includes 13 years at J.P. Morgan's investment bank, during which time he advised notable clients such as GoPro, Sonos, Beats by Dre, and Fossil. This diverse expertise positions him perfectly to drive financial strategies as Vast embarks on its ambitious journey.
