Launched in 2018, the A.B. Smith QC Robotics Program has witnessed the da Vinci robot assist in hundreds of surgeries, making it the largest and most advanced robotic colorectal surgical program in Canada. With its ability to provide magnified, high-definition, three-dimensional imagery, the robot allows surgeons to perform intricate maneuvers with precision.
