As the inaugural Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) progresses into its second day titled "Song Day" on November 17, anticipation builds for a star-studded ceremony celebrating the finest in the Korean music industry.

In a noteworthy prelude to the glamorous event, the KGMA Organizing Committee unveiled a list of winners across multiple prestigious categories, spotlighting emerging talents and established stars alike. The awards include recognitions such as Most Streamed Song, Rookie Award (fan vote), IS Rookie Award, Best Adult Contemporary Artist, Trot Star of the Year, and more.

A standout moment came when girl group aespa clinched the Most Streamed Song award with their sensational track "Supernova," which was released back in May. The song has not only achieved remarkable success on Korean platforms like Genie, Flo, and Bugs but also made waves internationally by topping YouTube Music charts and surpassing an impressive 100 million streams on Spotify within just 53 days. Newcomer RIIZE marked their presence by winning the coveted Rookie Award through fan voting. Debuting only in September 2023 with their catchy single "Get A Guitar," RIIZE has captured significant attention, quickly reaching million-seller status for both their debut single album and their mini-album, 'RIIZING.'
