A frustrated customer took to Instagram to vent about his infuriating experience with a Domino's pizza order that turned into a three-hour ordeal.

After eagerly anticipating his cheesy delight, he discovered that his hot meal had been delivered—not to his door, but carelessly abandoned on top of the letterboxes in his building’s void deck.

He lamented in his post that Domino's service had spiraled "from bad to worse" over time.

"From delayed deliveries to no deliveries—and this time it was a complete mishap!" he expressed. "They didn’t even bother to apologize!"

The man recounted how he had waited patiently from 6 PM until 9 PM, with repeated calls to the nearby Upper Jurong outlet yielding no answers.

Eventually, he opted to order another dinner, only to be stunned when a concerned neighbor reached out to inform him of his forgotten pizza, which was now a soggy mess.

"Who would notice their pizza was delivered if it was left on top of the letterboxes? We couldn’t even eat them and ended up throwing them away!" he said, frustratedly demanding a refund.

Netizens couldn’t help but joke about the unfortunate incident, with one humorously suggesting, "The rider must have confused his job with the post office!"

A delivery rider chimed in, explaining that when customers fail to provide complete delivery information or don’t answer calls, items are sometimes left in a 'safe spot.' Unfortunately, in this case, it led to a pizza disaster.

Despite expressing his dissatisfaction directly to Domino’s via social media, the man claimed to receive no feedback. He is now contemplating a visit to the store to discuss the issue face-to-face.
