Tainan is not just a new turf for yacht building; it’s set to host Taiwan’s largest yacht club. Argo Yachts Development Co has anchored its operations here, establishing Tainan Anping Yacht City, which sprawls over 12 hectares. The facility boasts nearly 170 berths along with a luxurious hotel resort operated by the esteemed Banyan Tree Group. Plans are in motion to add six more service apartment hotels and commercial buildings in the area. 'We chose Tainan for its outstanding waters and year-round yachting opportunities,' remarked Owen Wang, the company’s deputy general manager, highlighting the city's natural advantages.
